Built in the mid 60s in the political order and known today as objective “Palace Spring” was the entire period of Ceausescu’s dictatorship (1965-1989) private residence husbands Nicolae and Elena Ceauşescu and their children, Nicu, Zoe and Valentin .

High even during the ascent to power of his tenant, the palace was enlarged in the years 1970-1971. Although the mid 60s architect “trendy” nomenclature was Cezar Lăzărescu to achieve Ceausescu family residence was the preferred architect Aron Grimberg-Solari (n.1928). Palace architecture is complemented by a whole landscape designed by architect Robert Woll (otherwise furniture designer and principal of residence) and landscape engineering Theodosius.

It captures both the spaciousness, volumetry echlibrate and the luxurious interior decor, comfortable, by architect Robert Woll and Agrippa Popescu.
